“A roofing company put the first roof on the house my wife and I built in Burlington. We got several estimates and chose them because they offered the best value, were honest, and clearly knew roofing work well. After many years of solid performance, normal storm wear and hail damage finally made it time for a full roof replacement, and we decided to use them again. This time around, the experience was just as good. Jesse and the crew were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They helped with the insurance process by sharing photos, inspection details, and other helpful information, which made everything much smoother. Along with the new roof, they replaced our gutters and gutter covers, fixed a few window screens, and handled some interior painting too. The whole job was finished on time, the workmanship was strong, and the pricing was fair. Our new roof looks great, and the entire project was completed to our satisfaction. “From the first call to the final cleanup, the roofing team was great to work with. Caleb handled the first roof inspection and was very thorough, clear, and easy to talk to. He even came back the next day to put a tarp over an active leak at no charge because more rain was expected. That was before we had even chosen a roofer, while we were still comparing estimates, which really showed how much he cared. During the estimate process, Caleb explained the roofing options in simple terms and never pressured us to decide right away. He stayed helpful the whole way through, answered all of our questions, and even stopped by during the roof installation to check on things. On installation day, Jesse kept us updated throughout the tear-off and new roof install. The photo updates made it easy to follow the progress without needing to climb up and look at the roof ourselves. We could clearly see each stage of the roofing work, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Jesse also explained any changes to the original price as the project moved along. We were told ahead of time that some damaged roof decking or wood rot might not be visible until the old shingles were removed, and the possible added cost was explained clearly from the start. Once the roof was opened up, there was more damage than expected, but seeing the photos and getting honest communication made the extra material cost much easier to understand. The whole crew did an excellent job from inspection to installation to cleanup. The workmanship, communication, and transparency made what could have been a stressful roof replacement feel smooth and manageable. As first-time homeowners, we did not know what to expect with a full roofing project, but this experience set a very high standard. “i would rate the roofing service around a b overall. We had a full roof replacement, along with new gutters and screen work, and the finished roof system looks solid and well done. There were a few small bumps during the project, but everything was handled and the final result came out very good. wesley was polite, professional, and easy to talk with. He gave us helpful information about the roofing options and kept the process moving. After a little extra review of the approved roofing materials, we were able to choose the right tile and get the job back on track. That added a little time, but it also helped make sure the new roof met the local requirements and was installed the right way. The office and crew were courteous, and the roofing team did quality work on the tear-off, underlayment, tile installation, and gutter work. Communication improved as the job moved along, and once deliveries, inspections, and scheduling were confirmed, things went more smoothly. One delivery happened with short notice, but the crew still worked around the driveway situation and kept the project moving without a major issue. The workers were respectful and professional throughout the job. They kept the property in pretty good shape, and any leftover roofing debris was taken care of so the area was safe and clean. We also had a billing question at the end, and it was corrected quickly and professionally. Overall, i would recommend them for roofing and gutter work. It is still smart to research your contractor, ask questions about materials and scheduling, and stay involved during the project, but we are happy with the finished roof and the service we received.”
“We are very happy with the new roof and the whole experience with Navarro Family Roof Repair from beginning to end. When Mitchell came to our home to get the project started, he explained the roofing process clearly, answered our questions, and never made us feel pressured. We also had a chimney that did not match the look of the new roof and brick very well, so Jesse recommended painting it to better fit the home’s exterior. That extra help made a big difference and saved us from having to deal with work on a steep roof ourselves. When it was time for the roof installation, Hayden made sure everything stayed on track and kept us updated as the work moved along. The roofing crew did an excellent job removing the old shingles and installing the new roof system. They worked carefully around our flowers and shrubs and did their best to protect the landscaping during cleanup and installation.
