What to Expect

Re-roofing is loud, dusty, and disruptive for a few days. We do everything we can to minimize the mess, but there's no way around it: we're tearing off thousands of pounds of old material and nailing down thousands of new shingles.

Most jobs take two to four days depending on size, pitch, and complexity. We tarp at the end of each day if weather's a concern, and we coordinate with you on dumpster placement, parking, and access.

Once we're done, you'll have a roof that's good for 25 to 30 years—longer if you keep up with basic maintenance.
